Amanda Cupido is a podcast producer, TEDx speaker and post-exit entrepreneur. In 2025, her award-winning podcast agency, Lead Podcasting, was acquired by The Walrus. Amanda is the author of the Amazon bestsellers, Let’s Talk Podcasting and Let's Talk Podcasting for Kids. She is internationally recognized for her communications consulting and coaching C-suite executives on developing their leadership profile. As an adjunct professor at Seneca Polytechnic and Toronto Metropolitan University, she is passionate about empowering the next generation of storytellers. Previously, she worked as a radio producer, reporter and news anchor. Most notably, Amanda was the first woman to be the program director at a talk radio station in Toronto.
